I am an attorney, and I have a sizeable bankruptcy firm that also handles a variety of real estate matters including the restructuring of loans and short sales.
I regularly work with real estate agents and brokers, and I am unimpressed with the average agent.
I have had the pleasure of working with Harriet & Andrew on several transactions, including some deals with sensitive bankruptcy issues. Rarely do I meet agents like Harriet & Andrew who truly impress me. Not only are they at the very top of their game with their real estate skill set; they are highly sophisticated and understand a whole host of topics that are ancillary to real estate including short sales, market trends, valuation, tax issues, and contract law just to name a few. Many agents are “proficient”. Few are “proactive” like Harriet& Andrew. They have an uncanny ability to foresee a host of potential issues and plan appropriate contingencies, protecting their clients in ways that most clients cannot even comprehend.
Finally, I would consider them number one in terms of tenacity. If there is an obstacle in the way, there is no team more tenacious in moving and shaking and doing whatever it takes to resolve the issue.

I am so fortunate that you were recommended to me. You did a brilliant job. The aspect of your performance that I particularly appreciated are first, and foremost, that you sold the property for the price I wanted. Secondly, your teamwork was seamless. Whenever there was a question you put your heads together and came up with the best solution. Because this brainstorming process was conducted on a conference line, I was included in decisions you reached. Your assistant, Doris, was superb. No matter how early or late, she was on hand to answer questions or to resolve issues that came up. Your sales strategy was well-considered. Before you put our property on the market, you let a few interested investors see it. From their reactions, you were able to gauge the best list price. Judging from the multiple bids the property garnered, your listing price was spot-on. Your help during final negotiations was also very practical.

Andrew and his team were with us every step of the way. From pricing and prepping the property, through the closing, he and his team were fully involved.
